What are you thankful for?
Another great cause, another great success through local communities joining together to form a global one: Tweetsgiving. Want to watch? Read the feed.- Here's a nice overview on Web 2.0 New York... Normally I shy away from anything conference related, but the great thing about watching from afar is gleaning the content that's valuable for your firm, and your clients.
- Wow, Google... THIS IS BIG!

- Do you have a FaceBook Fan Page? Did you go to send an update to fans and then get completely confused this week? Here's why, how to send an update now.
- Also, be careful on FaceBook- there is a(nother) worm afoot, spreading via user's walls. So if yer Aunt Betty suddenly has a bootie call on her profile... don't click!

Still evaluating Posterous. I get the convenience, the numbers of jumping to it, but...
I'll be keeping an eye on the Wave + Posterous stats as they emerge over the year.
What are YOU thankful for?
I'm thankful for great friends. We really are really fortunate in the great people whom we hold close to us.
I'm thankful for the little unexpected joys and laughs that our daily life brings us (and that I all too often share on twitter)...
I'm thankful that I can sometimes somehow help to make someone else's world better, even if I will never meet them.
I'm thankful for the internet, how it allows me to hear about and be touched by far away people, discover neat voices in my own community I had never encountered, and stay in touch with old friends that moved geographically, yet with whom I can still settle down on the couch and have a good girl talk with via skype, looking each other eye to eye as we talk.
I hope you all have a good Thanksgiving. I am very thankful.
